Return and Refund Policy

1.- All items on the website have a brief description detailing the characteristics of the item, Ecubitt Performance will not accept returns from customers who have not read this description. If the return is accepted, the customer has a maximum of 14 working days to return the item. For handling and handling costs the customer will be refunded 10% less than the value of the product, all transportation costs generated by the return and subsequent shipments must be paid by the customer or deducted from the total amount to be returned. After this legal period of 14 days, no refunds will be made.

2.- If the product received shows any defect please contact us by sending an email to tienda@ecubitt.com or calling us at 944361742, detailing the following: name of the person placing the order, date of the order, invoice number, defective product and problem found. We will replace the product free of charge, but only when we have received the defective product back.

3.- Once the payment of a purchase has been made, it is assumed that the customer accepts the responsibility of acquiring the item, just as we accept the responsibility of acquiring the item and delivering it to you in the shortest possible time. So once a purchase is paid for, the money will not be refunded, a voucher will be issued for the full value of the purchase, redeemable for 12 months for items in the store. In case of refunding the purchase, it will always be done through the same way the purchase was made, Virtual POS, Paypal, Cash, etc.
